1. Constant Temperature Jacket Design
An insulation jacket structure is added to the outside of the equipment cylinder, allowing hot media to be introduced to maintain a constant filtration temperature. This effectively prevents the material from cooling, crystallizing, solidifying, or increasing viscosity, ensuring a smooth and efficient filtration process. The designed temperature is up to 150℃, and the working temperature is 85-90℃, suitable for various material processing conditions that require constant temperature treatment.
2. Large Filtration Area Design
38 stainless steel filter elements are densely arranged, with a total filtration area of 17m². The filter element length is 1750mm, and the filter element spacing is 140mm. The structure is compact and has strong filtration capacity, suitable for filtering materials with high solid content.
3. High Precision Filtration
The filtration accuracy is up to 5μm, which can precisely retain tiny solid particles, ensuring clear filtrate quality and meeting the strict requirements of the fine chemical, food and beverage industries for filtration quality.
4. High-Quality Sealing and Durable Materials
The cylinder wall thickness is 6mm, with a design pressure of 6 bar (0.6Mpa) and a working pressure of 4 bar (0.4Mpa). The equipment has strong pressure-bearing capacity; the cover seal uses fluorine rubber, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
5. Automated Sludge Discharge System
A bottom automatic pneumatic sludge discharge valve is equipped, enabling automated sludge discharge operations, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.
