Brief Introduction:

The JYSF-10 candle-type filter is a fully automatic and hygienic filtration device that employs advanced candle-type filtration technology and is equipped with a Siemens PLC automated control system. The filter is designed with a filtration area of 10 square meters and is made of 304 stainless steel, meeting hygiene standards. It is suitable for high-precision solid-liquid separation processes. The entire machine includes a filtration system, an automatic valve group, pressure monitoring, and a complete control system, enabling fully automated operation from feeding to discharging.

Product features

1. Fully automatic control: Utilizing the Siemens PLC system, it enables a complete cycle of automatic feeding, positive blowing and reverse blowing, and automatic discharging.
2. Modular design: Equipped with automatic valves for the circulation port, residual liquid port, and clear liquid port, and a reserved backwashing port. The process can be adjusted flexibly.
3. Large-capacity filtration: Equipped with 25 φ90×1400mm stainless steel filter elements, with a total filtration area of 10 square meters.
4. Sanitary-grade structure: 304 stainless steel with polished surface treatment. The cylinder diameter is 900mm, and it is equipped with a visible viewing mirror.
5. Reliable sealing: Utilizing EPDM rubber seals to ensure the system’s airtightness
