Brief Introduction:

This model of filter press is designated as XAY20/630-30 and is specifically designed for high-corrosive and high-temperature materials. The equipment adopts a 700-type box structure and is equipped with 160 hydraulic cylinders, an automatic hydraulic pressing system and a manual pulling plate system. The entire frame of the machine is made of carbon steel and coated with an SS316L stainless steel anti-corrosion layer. The filter plates are 700*700mm polypropylene (PP) double dark-flow filter plates with handles (24 filter plates + 2 head and tail plates), and are also provided with an air-operated diaphragm pump and SS316L material inlet and outlet pipelines. The equipment can stably process electrolytes with a temperature range of 55℃ to 70℃ (such as copper sulfate – sulfuric acid system), perfectly meeting the industrial requirements of a daily processing capacity of 50 cubic meters and a single operation duration of 12 hours.

Core material corrosion resistance: The outer layer of the frame is wrapped with SS316L stainless steel, and the feed pipes in contact with the materials and the diaphragm pump body are made of SS316L, effectively resisting corrosion from electrolyte with a maximum acidity of 25% (250 grams/liter).

Dual counter-current channel design: Both the filter plates and the head and tail plates adopt dual counter-current design. The central feed hole of the filter cloth is DN65, and the two counter-current holes are DN50 and are connected by flanges to ensure smooth flow of the filtrate.

Combination of pneumatic and hydraulic: A 160 oil cylinder is equipped to achieve automatic hydraulic pressing, and the opening and closing mold is efficient and labor-saving; the manual pull plate structure is simple and reliable; at the same time, a QBK-40 pneumatic diaphragm pump (PTFE membrane) is integrated, and a dedicated hole for blowing and a check valve are reserved on the feed pipe to facilitate later cleaning and maintenance.

Complete set of accessories: 8 sets (a total of 200 pieces) of 3927 shaped filter cloth are randomly provided as backups, and a set of pneumatic diaphragm pump accessories including balls, ball seats and PTFE membranes is also provided to ensure long-term operation.

01. Highly targeted, resistant to high temperatures and acids: The combination of PP filter plates and 254SMO/SS316L stainless steel pipeline system perfectly adapts to the 55~70℃ copper sulfate-sulfuric acid electrolyte working conditions, preventing rapid corrosion of the equipment.

Application fields

It is mainly applied in the electrolytic refining system of copper, efficiently treating the electrolyte solution of the copper sulfate-sulfuric acid system. At the same time, with its outstanding resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and high-temperature adaptability, it is also widely used in solid-liquid separation processes in fields such as wet metallurgy, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical acid and alkali liquid treatment, and industrial wastewater environmental protection treatment.
