The customer purchased one 4 m² cast iron plate frame filter press, and the configuration is as follows:

Discharge method: Siphon discharge
Compression method: Hydraulic cylinder + Manual pull plate
Feed pump: KCB18.3 gear oil pump (1.1kW), equipped with 304 stainless steel pipeline
Filter cloth: Polyester 3927 type, suitable for filtering vegetable oil

Usage effect

After filtration, the palm oil becomes clear and transparent, with significantly reduced impurity content.
The processing capacity per batch is matched to the customer’s feed flow rate of 1000L/h.
