Brief Introduction:

This product is a cast iron plate frame filter press. It adopts hydraulic pressing, manual plate pulling, and dark flow filtration structure.It is specially designed for solid-liquid separation processes of liquid containing solids such as palm oil.The entire machine is equipped with stainless steel pipelines and gear oil pumps, and is suitable for continuous or intermittent production scenarios with medium to small flow rates (1000L/h).

1.Filtering area：
4 m², capable of meeting the filtering requirements for small and medium-sized scales. 
2.Plate and frame specification:
510×510 mm. Cast iron plate frame combined with filter plate. 
3.Discharge method:
Dark flow discharge, reducing evaporation and secondary pollution 
4.Compression method:
Hydraulic cylinder (120mm stroke) + Manual pull plate operation 
5.Feed system:
Gear oil pump (KCB18.3, 1.1kW) in conjunction with stainless steel pipes 
6.Filter cloth material:
Polyester. Excellent oil resistance. Suitable for filtering vegetable oil.
