Brief Introduction:

This box-type filter press is specially designed for filtering liquids under high-temperature conditions and with high solid content.It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of liquids such as engine oil, lubricating oil, chemical raw materials, and food oil. The equipment adopts hydraulic pressing, manual pulling plate, and dual counter-current structure. It is equipped with high-temperature-resistant filter plates and special filter cloths.

1.Box-type structure, concealed liquid discharge:
Prevents liquid splashing, suitable for clean production requirements.
2.Hydraulic pressing + manual pulling plate:
Simple to operate, low maintenance cost, suitable for small and medium batch filtration tasks. 
3.High-temperature resistant design:
The filter plate and filter cloth can withstand temperatures up to 10 or below, and are suitable for use with hot oil and other media.
4.Middle feed method:
The feed is uniform, the filter cake is well formed, and the moisture content is low. 
5.Integrated dual-gear oil pump:
one for feeding and one for discharging. The system has high integration and is ready to use upon installation.

The number, material, feeding method, voltage/frequency (such as three-phase 220V/60Hz) of the filter plates can be adjusted according to the customer’s working conditions.

When paired with 3927 material filter cloth and silica gel, it has excellent performance in intercepting fine solid impurities such as clay and other substances.
