Core features
1. Efficient filtration: Equipped with a large-capacity filter basket, it has a large filtration area, strong flow capacity, and low pressure drop loss.
2. Durable and sturdy: The main body and filter basket are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, which possesses excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
3. American Standard Specification: The flange interface complies with the American Standard ANSI 150#, featuring strong versatility and convenient installation.
4. Precise Craftsmanship: The interior of the cylinder has been treated with sandblasting, resulting in a smooth surface that is resistant to impurities and easy to clean.
5. User-friendly operation: An optional pressure gauge can be equipped to monitor the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter in real time, and to alert when it\’s time for cleaning.
6. Easy maintenance: Simply open the cover to remove the filter basket for cleaning or replacement. The daily maintenance is simple and quick.
Product Structure and Working Principle
This basket-type filter is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a detachable filter basket, an upper cover (flange cover), and sealing components. During operation, the fluid to be filtered enters the cylinder body from the inlet and then passes through the filter basket from the inside out. At this time, solid particles larger than 150 micrometers (using a standard filter basket) are retained inside the filter basket, while the clean fluid flows out from the outlet and enters the downstream pipeline.
As the operation time increases, the impurities trapped in the filter basket accumulate. Cleaning is required by observing the pressure gauge reading (an increase in pressure difference) or through regular maintenance. Open the top cover, remove the filter basket for cleaning, and it can be reused. The discharge port can be used for regularly discharging the sediment in the cylinder or for emptying the system.
Application fields
1. Chemical industry: Pre-filtration of raw materials, solvents, and process water.
2. Petroleum energy: Removal of impurities in fuel oil, lubricating oil, crude oil and natural gas pipelines.
3. Food: Meets hygiene standards and is used for filtering syrups, beverages, and process water.
4. Water treatment system: As a pre-treatment protection unit for equipment such as reverse osmosis and ion exchange.
5. General Industry: Cooling water systems, compressed air pipelines, heating systems, etc.
