Material Performance
1 It is melt-spinning fiber with excellent acid and alkali resistance, as well as excellent strength, elongation, and wear resistance.
2 It has great chemical stability and has the characteristic of good moisture absorption.
3 Heat resistance: slightly shrunk at 90℃;
Breaking elongation (%): 18-35;
Breaking strength (g/d): 4.5-9;
Softening point (℃): 140-160;
Melting point (℃): 165-173;
Density (g/cm³): 0.9l.
Filtration Features
PP short-fiber: Its fibers are short, and the spun yarn is covered with wool; Industrial fabric is woven from short polypropylene fibers, with a woolly surface and better powder filtration and pressure filtration effects than long fibers.
PP long-fiber: Its fibers are long and the yarn is smooth; Industrial fabric is woven from PP long fibers, with a smooth surface and good permeability.
Application
Suitable for sewage and sludge treatment, chemical industry, ceramics industry, pharmaceutical industry, smelting, mineral processing, coal washing industry, food and beverage industry, and other fields.
