I. Product Features

  • 1. Robust and durable structure: Equipped with a 500-type hydraulic frame, the structure is stable and has a high load-bearing capacity. It can withstand the high pressure during the filtration and pressing processes, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
  • 2. Efficient combination of filtration and pressing: The core filtration unit consists of 9 middle filter plates, including 5 65mm-thick diaphragm pressing plates and 4 58mm-thick supporting plates. This combination implements the process of “filtration first, then pressing”, which can significantly reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.
  • 3. Dual Dark Flow Design: The unique dual dark flow (collecting pipe) design enables the filtrate to be discharged centrally from the dedicated channels on both sides of the filter plate. The process is smooth, preventing secondary pollution and maintaining a cleaner on-site environment.
  • 4. Complete auxiliary system:
  • Sanitary feed system: Utilizes 304SS pneumatic diaphragm pumps (QBY-15) and pipelines, equipped with check valves, suitable for high-hygiene requirements scenarios to prevent material backflow.
  • Integrated washing function: Equipped with a 304SS multi-stage pump (CDLF2-70) and a pipeline valve system, it can conduct penetrating washing on the filter cake, effectively recovering the target product or removing impurities.
  • Adjustable diaphragm extrusion: An independent extrusion pipeline system, equipped with a manual valve and pressure gauge, allows users to precisely control the extrusion pressure based on the material characteristics, thereby optimizing the dehydration effect.
  • 5. Fully automatic intelligent control: The integrated electronic control cabinet can centrally control the opening and closing of the hydraulic station, as well as the start and stop of the feed pump and multi-stage pumps. It supports 400V/3-phase and 230V voltages, 50Hz. The automation level is high, the operation is simple, and it effectively reduces labor costs.

II. Work Process
The working process of this diaphragm filter press is an efficient and automated cycle:

  • Pressing the filter plates: Driven by the hydraulic station, the head and tail plates are pressed against the middle filter plates to form a sealed filter chamber.
  • Feed material filtration: The sanitary pneumatic diaphragm pump pumps the material to be filtered into the filter chamber. Under the pressure of the pump, the solids are retained to form a filter cake, while the filtrate is discharged through the double counter-flow channels.
  • Filter cake washing (optional): After the filtration is completed, start the multi-stage pump and introduce the washing liquid into the filter cake layer for thorough washing. The washing liquid is also discharged through the counter-flow pipeline.
  • Diaphragm compression: Compress air or water into the diaphragm plate, causing the diaphragm to bulge. This enables a second intense compression of the filter cake, effectively extracting the remaining moisture within the filter cake and significantly reducing the solid content.
  • Release of discharge: The hydraulic station releases the filter plates, and then pulls them apart one by one. The filter cake falls off due to its own weight, completing one working cycle.
