Product features
1.Customized complete machine: Model JYSEC-200-316L. The dwg drawings are confirmed before production according to the customer’s requirements and then manufactured.
2.316L stainless steel material: Both the body and the wedge-shaped net are made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant.
3.Single cylinder drive for cleaning: The cleaning method is the one specified by the customer, with an air cylinder diameter of 219 mm.
4.Wedge-shaped net with 5 mm accuracy: The filter net is a 316L wedge-shaped net with a filtration accuracy of 5 mm.
5.Inlet and outlet water and sewage layout: Flange DN50 (HG standard), sewage outlet DN32; the inlet and outlet form is from top to bottom, and the sewage outlet is at the bottom.
6.Design parameters: Design pressure 1.0 MPa, design temperature 90°C.
7.Surface and sealing: Surface treatment is sandblasting, sealing material is nitrile rubber.
8.Tubing cover design: The tubing cover has a lifting ring.
