Brief Introduction:

Bag-type filters are a novel type of filtration equipment with small size, simple and flexible operation, energy-saving, high efficiency, closed operation, and strong applicability.

Bag-type filters represent a new type of filtration system. Inside the bag-type filter, the filter bags are supported by a metal mesh basket.

The liquid flows in through the inlet, passes through the filter bags for filtration, and then flows out from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the filter bags, and the filter bags can be replaced for continued use.

Product Features:

1. Simple structure, with extremely high load-bearing capacity.
2. Reasonable construction, excellent sealing performance, low price, and easy operation.
3. The filter basket of the bag-type filter is made of high-strength stainless steel plates that are computer-arranged and laser-drilled. It is molded, polished, and easy to replace the filter bag. The filtration process has almost no material consumption.
4. The processing flow per unit filtration area is large, the filtration resistance is small, and the filtration efficiency is high.

The bag filter has a simple structure and is easy to install. It consists of a cylinder body, filter bags, and support net baskets. Shell material: Stainless steel, carbon steel. Inner lining: PP. Inner coating: PTFE. Sealing gasket: Silicone, nitrile rubber, fluororubber Filter bag materials: PP, PE, PTFE, nylon mesh, stainless steel, woven fabric

Typical application fields:

1. Chemical industry: Filtration of paints, inks, resins, solvents, acids, alkali solutions, and catalyst recovery.
2. Food and Beverage Industry: Clarification and filtration of edible oil, syrup, fruit juice, beer, wine, and purified water.
3. Electroplating and Surface Treatment: Purification of pre-treatment water, electroplating solution, and phosphating solution to remove impurity particles.
4. Water treatment: Pre-treatment for industrial circulating water, ultra-pure water, and protection before reverse osmosis (RO).
5. Oil industry: Particle filtration for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and fuel oil.

Product Selection Guide

When choosing SS304 bag filters, the following key parameters need to be considered:

1. Flow rate: The maximum flow volume that needs to be handled (in m³/h or L/min).
2. Filtration accuracy: The required cleanliness level of the liquid (in micrometers).
3. Working pressure: The maximum working pressure of the system (in MPa), usually designed according to the standard as 1.0 MPa.
4. Operating Temperature: The range of the medium’s operating temperature (°C), which affects the selection of the sealing ring material.
5. Material characteristics: The chemical properties of the liquid (pH value, corrosiveness), viscosity, impurity content and type. This is the key factor in determining whether SS304 is suitable.
6. Interface dimensions: Specifications of the flanges at the inlet and outlet or the standard of the threads.
