Brief Introduction:

Bag Filter is a multi-purpose filtering equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed work and strong applicability. Bag Filter is a new type of filtration system. The metal basket inside the filter supports the filter bag. Main structural components:
1. Filter cartridge: A pressure-bearing container made of SS304 material, consisting of a cylinder body and a hinged top cover.
2. Filter basket: Inside each filter bag, there is a metal mesh basket (usually made of SS304) which is used to support the filter bag and prevent it from collapsing under pressure.
3. Filter bag: The filtering medium, placed outside the filter basket, is the actual filtering component.
4. Sealing ring: Located between the top cover and the cylinder, it ensures no leakage in the system under pressure.
5. In/Out: The connection points for the liquid inlet and outlet pipes.
6. Exhaust Valve/Pressure Gauge: Used to remove air from the system and monitor the filter pressure.
