1.All stainless steel structure:
The parts in direct contact with the liquid are made of 316L stainless steel, while the non-contact parts are made of 304SS stainless steel, meeting food-grade hygiene standards.
2. Efficient Filtration System:
Equipped with a 316L material filter plate and filter frame combination (including 27 filter plates of 25mm thickness and 28 filter frames of 50mm thickness), combined with special filter cloth and filter paper, it can effectively remove silica soil, activated carbon and other auxiliary filtering agents as well as impurities.
3. Automation Control:
featuring a touch screen control interface. It supports centralized control of the feed pump, hydraulic station, and liquid receiving flap.
4. Hydraulic-driven liquid-contacting flap:
The liquid-contacting flap is made of a 304SS frame and panel, driven by hydraulic power. It operates smoothly and prevents liquid leakage and contamination.
5. Clamp-type quick-connect interface:
All interfaces are 316 clamp-type connections, with inlet and outlet dimensions of 51mm, facilitating installation, disassembly and cleaning.
