Carbon steel multi bag filter 100 micron PE welded bag low pressure high flow water filtration
Product features
Structural Design: Bottom-in-bottom-out flow direction, reducing pipeline resistance and facilitating system emptying and maintenance.
Sealing Performance: Working temperature < 100℃, combined with nitrile rubber sealing rings, it can achieve reliable sealing under normal temperature conditions.
Monitoring Configuration: NPT internal thread interfaces for pressure gauges are installed at the inlet and outlet pipes (2 each), enabling real-time monitoring of the pressure difference before and after the filter.
Auxiliary Valves: A vent valve (NPT internal thread) is provided on the top cover, and a sewage valve (NPT internal thread) is located at the bottom, facilitating exhaust, slag discharge, and cleaning operations.
Surface Treatment: The entire carbon steel is painted with a uniform finish, possessing basic anti-corrosion capabilities, and the appearance follows the mature gray coating scheme.
Product advantages
Design pressure: 150 PSI. Working pressure: ≤ 100 PSI. There is sufficient margin, ensuring safety margin under system fluctuations.
Multi-bag parallel structure. Each unit has a large processing flow, and any filter bag can be replaced independently without affecting continuous production.
Filter bags are fully heat-melted and seamless bonded, without chemical adhesives. This avoids the risk of medium contamination and the filter bags are closely adhered to the support net, reducing leakage.
Flange interfaces comply with ANSI B16.5 standards, facilitating direct connection with American standard pipeline systems and reducing conversion accessories.
Application fields
Industrial circulating water filtration (such as cooling water, cleaning water)
Pre-filtering in auxiliary processes of petrochemicals
Coarse filtration in general chemical and coating production
Primary filtration in the food and beverage industry (non-high-temperature media)
Recycling filtration of metal processing fluids and cutting fluids
Pre-treatment section for suspended matter removal in environmental water treatment
