1. Product Overview
The agitator tank is an industrial equipment used for mixing, stirring and homogenizing liquids or solid-liquid mixtures, and is widely applied in industries such as chemical engineering, food, environmental protection and coatings. The motor drives the agitator to rotate, achieving uniform mixing, reaction, dissolution, heat transfer or suspension of materials and other process requirements.

2. Core Features
Diverse materials: 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel lined with plastic, fiberglass reinforced plastic, etc. are available. They are corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant.

Customized design: Volume options range from 50L to 10000L, and non-standard customization is supported (such as pressure, temperature, and sealing requirements).

High-efficiency stirring system: Equipped with paddle, anchor, turbine and other types of agitators, with adjustable rotational speed and high uniformity of mixing.

Sealing performance: Mechanical seals or packing seals are adopted to prevent leakage, meeting GMP standards (applicable to the pharmaceutical/food industry).

Temperature control options: Can be integrated with jacket/coil, supporting steam, water bath or oil bath heating/cooling.

Automation control: An optional PLC control system is available to monitor parameters such as temperature, rotational speed, and pH value in real time.
